Orders once placed can be cancelled within 4 hrs of placing the order.

Refunds will be processed in the following cases:

• Product not delivered
• Wrong product delivered
• Damaged product received

Refunds will be initiated within 2 days after approval.

The amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

No refunds will be provided for:

• Used products
• Digital/downloadable products (if applicable)
